Do you trust your God?

Trust in the Lord with ALL thine heart and lean not unto your own understanding (Prov 3:5). Rely confidently on the Lord- He will not let you down, man will but not our God! He has all that you need. The more you know someone, the more you can trust. You earn trust by learning about their reputation. You gain confidence in relationships. The way you do that with God is spending time in the word and praise.

Love also grows and you can let down the walls so to speak. Love is not by word alone but by action. John 3:16 says God gave his only Son so we can have everlasting life! That was action-- He did something, so you never have to worry that God will not come through. It’s a little, powerful word that spells TRUST!! Jesus is dependable!

Our own understanding can mess things up. We can overthink a situation. We learn that our "sense" knowledge will get us in trouble if we go by that all the time- the way we see, hear or feel. The more mature we get in God we learn to trust him in all circumstances!
