The Good Shepherd

The Good Shepherd I have to say, that He is also my personal Savior. If you don't know Him as your Savior here's your chance to make him yours. Romans 10:9 says confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus, believe in your heart that God hath raised from the dead you are saved! It's that easy!!

The Good Shepherd is only one of the many characteristics of God.

*He knows you by name [ John 10:4]

*He gives life abundantly[John 10:10]

Psalm 23 is known as The Lord is my Shepherd

*We shall not want or lack

*Green pasture -- we feed on the fresh word of God

*Leads us besides still waters -- I think "safe place to drink"

*Restores -- the devil comes to rob, kill and destroy [John 10:10] but Jesus came to give life more abundantly. Jesus wants to restore you better then before if we just believe!

*Even though we walk through the valley [some hard things in life] we know he will guide us with his rod & staff -- No need to fear when God is Near!

We can have a delicious feast right in the midst of our enemies because He has anointed us; our cup over flows because – Surely Goodness and Mercy will follow us All the days of our lives!!
